Cranberry Relish



2 bags cranberries

2 cups sugar

2 cups water

1/4 cup orange juice

1/2 tsp orange rind - grated



Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes or until berry skins pop. Chill and enjoy!
