Kale with Creamy Cashew sauce

2 lbs kale1/2 cup raw cashews 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk 1 tbls onion flakes (optional) 1 tbls Dr Fuhman's VegiZest (optional)
Remove the thick stems from the kale and discard Place the kale leaves in a large steamer pot. Steam 10 to 20 minutes Meanwhile place remaining ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth Place kale in a colander and press with a dish towel to remove some of the excess water In a bowl coarsly chop and mix kale eith cream sauce.
