1 1/2 pounds stew meat
1/2 an onion diced
1/2 cup bell pepper diced
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1/2 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Cook the veggies except the mushrooms over medium heat about 5 minutes, or until they start to glisten.
Add the stew meat. Sauté until browned.
Reduce the heat and simmer about 20 minutes. Add the sauces and the mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add gluten free gravy mix, and some water if necessary.
Simmer another 15 minutes.
Serve over hot rice, or a gluten free pasta.
